Little Flowers is a Catholic club for girls here at Ss. Peter and Paul in Mankato, helping them grow in holiness one virtue at a time.
About the Club
Little Flowers Girls' Club has formed young Catholic girls for more than thirty years. It takes its name and spirit from St. Thérèse of Lisieux, the Little Flower, who taught that holiness is found in doing small things with great love.
Each gathering is built around a single virtue. The girls hear how a saint lived that virtue, talk about what it looks like in their own lives, and take home a small way to practice it. Girls earn badges as they grow, a little like scouting, but through the eyes of the Faith.
Our Year Together
We meet at the church one Friday a month from 5:30-7:30. Each meeting has its own virtue, patron saint, and flower:
September 11: Zeal, with St. Mary of the Cross MacKillop
October 9: Acceptance, with St. Josephine Bakhita
November 13: Docility, with St. Gianna Molla
December 4: Unselfishness, with St. Theresa of the Andes
January 8: Fidelity, with St. Anna Wang
February 12: Kindness, with St. Marie Marguerite d'Youville
March 12: Confidence, with St. Clelia Barbieri
April 9: Endurance, with St. Rose-Philippine Duchesne
May 7: Silence and Recollection, with St. Genoveva Torres Morales

Ages and Fees
Girls take part by grade:
- Little Buds, Pre-K and Kindergarten: $10
- Little Flowers, 1st through 4th grade: $27
- Golden Roses, 5th through 7th grade: $27 returning, $36 new
- Our Lady's Honor Guard (CCC), 8th through 12th grade: $40
Registration closed August 28, 2026.
